How to control high blood pressure problem, It is not a common problem but people think it as common. It can also result in death of a person.

• Eat one papaya daily on a empty stomach and don’t eat anything else at least for next two hours. Its very useful home tip of controlling blood pressure.
• Consuming one tsp. pappy seeds (khus-khus) with water twice in a day, in the morning and in the evening will help you to control blood pressure.
• Garlic is very effecting in controlling high blood pressure so just chew one clove of garlic early in the morning and then just drink water. It will give you good result.
• You can also make juice by using 25 to 30 curry leave add with water and then drink it in the morning with empty stomach. Its one of the best tip for controlling the high blood pressure.
• Like wish you can also make juice by using coriander or fenugreek (methi) leaves and drink it in the every morning with empty stomach.
• You can also add one tsp. of honey and two tsp of onion juice with one tsp of cumin powder. Mix all the ingredients well and drink it twice in a day.
• You can also mix gooseberry juice with honey in equal quantity and mix them well. Have it every morning for getting good and effective result.
