Title tag is very important tag for seo. It is very important to improve your wordpress blog title by including most important keywords related to your post in individual blog posts. It is very simple to optimize your title tag. Normally all blog post titles includes your blog name by default after your blog title.
Lets say If you have given title as “ My Best Tips for Blog” and your blog name is “My Blog” then it automatically becomes “My Best Tips for Blog My Blog”. It means in each post it gets added automatically and it is not required. It also not looks good. Your title should be short and unique.
Let consider another case:
If your blog name is long and you blog title is also long. As per seo guidelines a title with 70 Char is considered more search engine friendly. In this case how will you make your blog tile fit for seo.

Remove Your Blog Name: The very simple solution for this problem is just remove your Blog Name from the setting - General tab. Here is the example..
Just blank this field and click on save changes button. Now if you check your blog titles, it will be specific and will only include your post title that you have mentioned at the time of postings. You can use the more space that was earlier occupied by your BLOG NAME.
