Be careful while surfing or joining any untrusted website or community
Are you aware of that your password is being hacked? You don’t know but you are giving access to other to use your email and password. Many times surfing on the web people don’t take care of some very important points while registering and joining some communities. Have you received any invitation from any social media website, entertainment, fun stuff, games website and other community websites? They very cleverly ask you to enter your email id and password. For example:
You would have been asked many times to enter your Gmail, Yahoo, msn, rediff or any other email address and password to invite your friends, share something with your friends etc on many social community website. These website do not compel you for that and you can skip that step if you don’t want to provide your other email information. There will be a small skip this step anchor text. Every time when you login the a/c you will be asked for the same thing. So be aware of that. Although they promise not to misuse your information but always be aware of that if you joins any untrusted website.
Some website demands your existing email to be a member of that community or website and people enters their original email with the original password there. It is not necessary to enter original password there and you can use a different password on this website.
So now I hope you will change your original email password and will not do this mistake again? Take some precautions while surfing on internet, always clear your cookies, don’t click on remember me check box don’t use simple passwords like your phone number, roll number, vehicle number, your nick name as your password.
